Online numerical questions during job application and then a 1 stage in person interview in which an employee asks a few questions regarding customers, the Lidl way and what history you know about the company and also a behavioral question 'what would you do in this situation?'

What experience in customer service do you have?
Why should the customer always be put first?
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.

Really nice manager and chill atmosphere. Didn't ask me any scenario based questions or any that I had to provide a "star" like paragraph; more focused on how prepared/ committed/ able you are to do a lot of work.
