I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Lidl (Swansea, Wales) in Nov 2019
Interview
Answered a few questions about why do you want to work for lidl and how any experience would be implemented there. Went over contracted hours and cv. Then went out onto shop floor and had to write down things that would require a store assistant, e.g spillage, cracked eggs, no bakery bags.

Question 1
If there is no milk out, a spill on the floor, a queue of customers and cardboard out, what would you prioritise first?
I only got accepted for the first round.
I had huge disadvantage bc i’m an expat here and non-Dutch speaker. But people were nice and welcoming. The job interview was not really hard, i was only asked few questions within 30mins and i ended up not getting hired.
