I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lidl in Jan 2020
Interview
After an interview with the manager, I was invited to observe how a daily routine goes. I had to be there the next day at 5:30 am. I was forbidden from doing or touching anything and I was supposed to ask the employees about their daily routines and such, but they were so busy running around trying to get everything done that I just stood around doing nothing. A few hours later I was told that I can go home and they'll call me. Very odd experience, didn't seem like they really cared.
I only got accepted for the first round.
I had huge disadvantage bc i’m an expat here and non-Dutch speaker. But people were nice and welcoming. The job interview was not really hard, i was only asked few questions within 30mins and i ended up not getting hired.
