Quite straightforward and informal.
Typical questions like give an example of good customer service and there’s also some scenario based questions and what would you do.
It’s made very clear in the interview that they do expect you to work very hard for the money, however and that’s why the wage is more than other supermarkets. So for example, they pay one person a better wage but expect them to take up more job responsibilities and perform better.
Ultimately, they just want to know you’ll give good customer service and are confident.
Il mio colloquio è stato fatto insieme a molti altri candidati, classiche domande e massimo 15 minuti, piuttosto sbrigativi.
