Interview
After sending a CV and covering letter I was invited complete an online aptitute test - it was in the format of a chat forum where I had to answer questions as if I were a member of staff and carry out basic calcuations. Following this I had a quick telephone interview where I had to answer some basic competancy questions. This lead to an invite to interview at the store with the store manager. The interview was very relaxed, perhaps slightly unprofessional, and I had to answer some more basic competancy questions and senarios. During the interview there was a 10 minute shop floor task where I had to walk around the store with a clip board and make a note of everything that I thought was wrong and then discuss in which order I would rectify these.

Question 1
There is a puddle on the floor, there is no milk on the shelves, the fruit and vegetables are a mess and there is a big queue at the checkouts with only one member of staff there. How would you handle this situation?
