      I recently had the opportunity to interview for a position at Lidl, and I must say it was a truly positive experience. From start to finish, the process was well-organized and professional.       Had two staff members interviewing me in person, lasted around half an hour in my local Lidl shop. was friendly but they were taking notes and bouncing off eachother - felt a bit intimidating at times
