I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (Mullingar, Westmeath) in June 2014
Interview
5 hour assessment centre in Mullingar Regional Development Centre involving an aptitude test, speed interview, role play and strategic thinking assessment. This took place as a group assessment to begin with and then during our aptitude test we were individually taken out of the room. We proceeded to undertake 1:1 speed interview and role play. Once this was finished I returned to finish my aptitude test. I gathered on the day this was to test our ability to concentrate on and handle more than one important task at a time.
