The practice manager contacted me first and we scheduled a appointment. First interview is on site. It lasted 30-40 mins. The questions are mainly behavior questions. (1. Tell me about your professional process. 2. What you usually do after work 3. what kind of team you are expecting ?). After four days, they schedule second interview with me. In this one, they tested me technical questions. They gave me some client's email. It likes case study. I need give my opinion and solutions to client's question. Also, I tested Quickbook and Tax software.
The overall experience is very good. They are very nice employer.
