Interview
Reached out by recruiter on LinkedIn, followed by intro call, a technical interview with engineers (general background check + system design) and a product interview. The last steps (I didn't get there) would have been interviews with the founders (CTO & CEO). The process was fast and smooth. They emphasised a lot the product side of things. They seem to be looking for engineers who can double as PMs when needed. It's not a type of environment I've worked in before but it did feel enticing.

Question 1
Tech interview: fairly standard system design exercises, focused on building a brokerage platform. Product interview: mostly problem-solving questions. There was a small hypothetical case study related to the company and they also dug quite deep into how I influenced product decisions in my past roles.
