Question 1
Explain some of the modelling/sim challenges of their vehicle
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lilium in Mar 2020
Interview
I applied and passed the first ( HR ) interview. I received an online technical exam then i received a rejection mail after submitting the exam answer by 12 days. The rejection reason was that I don't match their technical requirements for the Modeling & Simulation Engineer position.
I asked for a feedback but They didn't reply.
I sent a reminder after 12 days, but no reply again.
I think they should respect the fact that the interview process take much time from the applicants as it takes from the company. So the least they can do is providing a feedback.
They said the CV was not matching, so why send me the exam and then no feedback on the exam.
I think my time is worth something, at least respect.

In the HR interview, I was asked about the reason for my application, my previous experience and my study.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Lilium (Munich, Bavaria) in July 2019
Interview
The interview had many steps, that were made clear to me since the beginning. First was Resume analysis, then online interview with HR representative, then a technical online text, then a online interview with the technical manager, then a presential interview with the technical manager and 2 more mangers. It is a long process, but I was comfortable in every step and knew where I was and what was next.
