Interview process very easy, asking important but basic questions. It wasn’t any pressure, very welcoming and open. It did seem that the interviewer was pretty green and inexperienced though. This was the first interviewer though.

Interviewed by a Manager and his superior. Superior was arrogant and the whole thing was a joke. I am glad I did not get hired. They kept saying their motto is "You grow or you go" which I thought was a little threatening right off the bat.
