Le process s'est bien passé, il est assez classique. Il y a un premier entretien RH et ensuite un échange avec le manager, rencontre en dernier temps avec l'équipe. Process bienveillant et porté sur l'humain.

Interview with internal Recruiter to get feel for the role and learn more about you as an individual.
Interview with head of supply chain and individual replacing - understanding experience and more about fit in the role/ what would be required.
Interview in person with a task and further chat around requirements, competencies etc.
