I applied through other source. I interviewed at Little Red Panda (London, England)
Interview
The interview rounds have run very smoothly and were friendly. The team had a great energy. Great experience overall. Also have visited the office for some tests and was introduced to everyone in the most welcoming matter. Seems like a place with a great working culture. Talking to the manager was easy and nice. Genuinely seems like a great place.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Little Red Panda (London, England)
Interview
ok interview, not very deep. staff was nice, studios were ok, familiar environment. the dogs were very cute and everyone around the office seemed nice, but couldnt help to notice a bit of a toxic vibe sometimes
I applied online. I interviewed at Little Red Panda (Hackney, England)
Interview
Overall was not good.
They knew I travelled over 2 hours to get to London, and they said they had people travelling further than me to get to work. They pretty much asked me a couple of questions and that was it. It was a five-minute chat. They said they wanted to put a face to the application when they could have done this over video call?
I didn't even get a quick tour of the studios or the people who work there. The interviewers who I assume were the studio managers seemed disinterested and a bit rude. They called me by the wrong name after the 'interview' was done, even though they had my CV right in front of them. I had a glance at one of their mid-weight positions and the pay was shocking. Do not waste your time here, there are much friendlier studios out there.
This place seemed toxic and I'm glad I didn't get an offer.
Always treat people with kindness and respect, you never know who you're talking to and how it could affect you and your business in the future.
