applied online and was contacted via email to set up an interview (about 1-2 months after initial app). interview was 20 mins top, in person. asked why i wanted to work there, about my experience listed on my resume (that was music oriented), then gave me situational questions (how would you react in this type of situation?). overall, very casual and was a lot of them re-describing the position and asking if i felt comfortable doing those things.
