Live & Breathe interview questions

The initial video call interview was fine, the creative head and sr designer were friendly and gave a positive impression. They had me do an interview task to animate 2 instagram stories. After over 2 weeks of total silence I had to chase up HR to find out I hadn't got it. HR scrambled to think of agencies that I should go ask for a job with, and the only notes they sent regarding the work I produced was simply a video on the principles of animation. Very patronising.

The talent lead found my profile on LinkedIn. An initial interview was set up quickly. The next rounds took a little longer (only a week or so) to put in the calendar. The individuals spoken with were passionate, interested, honest, transparent and welcoming.
