Interview
Long. 3 interviews. The last one being 2 hours. Panel interview process. STAR method for the most part. As a black woman I was hesitant when I realized that none of the people who interviewed me looked like me. Although I felt it went well, I was pretty sure I wouldn’t be getting the position after I noticed the lack of diversity. I was correct. Honestly, I am overqualified for this position so I know it was not lack of experience.

Interview
First phone interview was decent, I spoke on the phone with the HR recruiter for about 15 min, not that long. Immediately received another interview prompt by email that I had to fill out. That went well so I had to schedule an interview with two Senior Member Support. I thought the interview was okay, the questions were average but I was not offered the role in the company.
