After two phone screenings I completed a reasonable take-home test that took a few hours. I received positive feedback on the test but was notified that they were entering a hiring pause and would stay in touch if that changed and never heard from LoanStreet again.
There were coding questions, chatting with the VP of engineering, and meeting various team members. I went through 2 rounds of in-person interviews as well as multiple phone calls with the team.

Question 1
Various coding questions / problems & chatting about engineering problems I've faced and how I tackled them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LoanStreet (NY) in June 2022
Interview
LoanStreet was kind, courteous, and very quick with checking in during the entire interview process. They had a few interviews with fellow engineers, followed by a code project and panel interview about what you developed and the choices you made. The entire process took about a week and I was very impressed at the speed.
