The interview process was to be three stages. The first stage was an interview with a recruiter. The second stage was an interview with an upper management team member who this position would directly report to. The third stage was with both the direct reporting boss and CEO. The overall process was approximately a month.
The interview process started off very professional and cordial. The original impression was that this was both a serious and positive company to be a part of. Unfortunately, that did not turn out to be the case later down the line. I was very surprised when I found out the way this company treats people. It was not only very unprofessional, but it was also completely disrespectful.
