This is my opinion on the interview, process and not a question by them.
My experience with the recruitment process was disappointing. Communication was unclear, with no set timelines for feedback, and delays were not properly communicated. I had to follow up multiple times for updates.
During the interview, the company seemed unsure about its needs, with discussions focusing on buzzwords like "rhino-grasshopper structures" and sustainability, which felt disconnected from the actual role.
Additionally, the company's emphasis on culture seemed misleading. Conversations with other candidates suggested a gap between what was promised and the reality. Remarks about attracting similar mindsets raised concerns about a lack of diversity in thought.
Finally, the feedback email I received felt like a standardized response that did not reflect the actual discussion, further contributing to the sense of inconsistency throughout the process.
