Long Beach Transit interview questions

Applied online and was called for an interview. I was hired on as a seasonal and was quick process. I've worked long hours and was told if my performance was good during the holidays that I'd be brought on as a permeant employee. Unfortunately when the holidays were over, I was let go and was told there weren't enough hours. Disappointing and they kept other workers who barely worked and on the schedule.

A recruiter from a staffing agency sent this open position and I responded by email with my resume and interest. An interview with an HR Generalist was scheduled via Zoom. It was about 20 minutes long and at the end, they said the recruiter would contact me by the end of the day or the next day. They explained that it was a temporary position and benefits are not given to temps.
