Pros

Great people to work with, kind and supportive staff, an encouraging mission of helping make everyday life better.

Cons

Some VPs take themselves entirely too seriously. If your role directly supports a VP, watch for personalities that align with yours. Otherwise, the work culture can be quite toxic.

Pros

Convenient location, I got to work close to home A few operators were super cool and supportive Steady 40 hours of full-time work Really nice uniforms

Cons

Poor training and lack of support from trainers Bad benefits compared to other transit agencies Terrible schedules with very little work-life balance No proper layover time to rest or reset between runs Data collectors ride your bus and don’t even get off during layovers, which adds stress. The Union here is a joke! Do not pay Union fees, because it’s a waste of money.
