There was two parts to the interview and it was always with two people. First part was with HR and the hiring manager and second interview was with HR and an analyst.

OMG! They posted for a Manager then changed it to a Director. They interviewed several but the successful applicant declined. They then interviewed another several and made them do a presentation on basic questions. They still couldn't figure out what they wanted so they re-posted for a Senior HR Advisor.
