I applied online. I interviewed at Loom (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
Inauthentic interviewers, and my instincts through non verbal queues led me to believe that morale is down. It's clear that there's a lot of negative vibes brimming underneath the surface. Seems to be a low integrity, low empathy culture. The recruiter basically told me that they had other interviewers waiting in the wing and had to escalate my interview scheduling as a result. A little tacky in my opinion. There are stronger ways to frame this messaging. The worst part after I received the rejection email: I asked for feedback and got completely ghosted by the recruiter. I rarely write negative reviews, but this negative experience got me motivated to do so. I'd recommend that the marketing team sit with the recruiters for a lunch n learn about company branding...
