Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of candidate's time and efforts. I had one interview round, but I connected afterwards with other candidates found that their process was equally as frustrating. Many of us had terrible communication with the company. Some did 3-4 rounds of interviews and meetings, and got completely ignored by the company. I understand that a company cannot reply to every single application — however, these were candidates that moved through several rounds. No rejection, no feedback, nothing. This shows a complete disregard for candidate's time and effort put into the application process. I would strongly recommend that the company re-evaluate and hold itself to a higher standard with some modicum of respect.
