I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Loparex (Cary, NC) in May 2025
Interview
Six rounds of interviews and then...ghosted! Never received a response, or feedback, or a rejection. I am uncertain whether this has become common practice in the 2025 workforce, but it appears very unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Loparex (Eden, NC) in May 2020
Interview
Multiple interviews, fairly well structured. Taken to lunch during the interview process with plant manager as well as the process engineering manager. The entire interview process lasted 4-5 hours and was an overall positive experience.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Loparex (Hammond, WI) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was ok. I got to tour the place I would be working and see the machine. The machine is a bit intimidating. It is large. You have to wear earplugs, glasses and a mask while around other people which is typical these days. They have a kitchen too where you can order lunch if you don't have one, and explained the training process, that you wouldn't be put directly on the floor
