Executives are poor communicators. Several cases where employees who do not perform well or have a high level of drive seem to get bonuses or raises just by simply saying they'll quit, while the hard workers are likely to never receive recognition. Also, management has a bad habit of hiring people that interview well and look good on paper but neglect to account for personality or looking below the superficial to get down to their work habits and actual capabilities.
Promoting within and filling the lower roles with new young talent is a struggle for them. Not sure why they keep the Cary HR, lots of hits and misses with new hires, and if they do not send out anniversary cards or the anniversary gift to people. No corporate branded clothing allowance.
