She clearly put a lot of work into matching appropriate candidates with the right roles and was very supportive throughout the recruiting process. Would not hesitate to work with her again. Then completed 2 technical interviews (mostly conversational with a coding challenge at the end). These were very pleasant. Engineers were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Also completed behavioral interview with the director and hiring manner. These were also very enjoyable. I received an offer but also had a competing offer. Both were attractive but ultimately I chose the other offer. It was a very close decision, and were it not for the competing offer I would have jumped at the LotusFlare offer. The team seemed great, the company seems exciting, and the work sounded interesting.
