I applied for a job on their careers page and got an email to schedule a call. I set it up for that same week. I was really prepared because the job description seemed perfect for me (almost exactly like my skills). On the day of the call, I got an email saying it was rescheduled for next week with a different time zone. This happened again a week later! Finally, we had the call, but the recruiter joined 5 minutes late. They didn't tell me anything about the company, just asked me questions about my profile. I answered everything, and right at the end, they shared Ideal candidate requirement which I perfectly fit. They did not gave any time for me to ask any kinda of question.
