      Blind application process where you submitted written answers to questions followed by a 3 minute video you filmed of yourself as a "video" resume. Then got invited to do a team panel interview. Made it to the final HR round. I was even asked about start date and compensation. When all was said and done, the feedback I was given that my salary/start date was in line with what they were offering, but I just wasn't the right fit and moved forward with another candidate.

What problems did you face and how did you address them? - Our purpose is to deliver measurable value to customers and convert that into revenue for Deepcrawl. Describe the process(es) that you think are key to fulfilling this purpose. - We know that A CSM has to be multi-skilled. What are the three most important characteristics you bring to the job? Give specific examples of how you have applied them. - Tell us what you think are the most important aspects of technical SEO, using examples of work done in this field where applicable.

      The process was very straight forward. Cero time wasting. All different members of the were very friendly, supportive and you can tell during the recruitment process that they care about the success of the company but also the success of the members of the team.

      Interview

      Right from the start, I was a fan of the interview process. The team uses BeApplied, and the initial step is anonymized in order to be unbiased. I love that DeepCrawl is trying new ways of hiring that emphasize DEI. After the initial application (a few short essay type questions), I was invited to submit a short video. I then had several back to back panel interviews, and finally a values interview with HR. The team is really easy to talk to and I got more and more excited about DeepCrawl the more I had the pleasure of meeting the people who make the company great. Overall a great experience and the process from video invite to offer was only a few weeks!
