Interview
It was a short 4 step process that took about 2 months in total; no long ridiculous coding sessions, instead it was a take home code review that took less than 2 hours. Plus two behavioral/technical interviews going over standard behavioral interview questions.
Submitted resume by email and was invited to an initial behavioral interview with the COO. The interview was conducted on Zoom. I was not advanced beyond this round of interviews.

Interview
The process started good. Was interviewed by a new employee Jaden. Then the follow-up was terrible. Was asked to do an exercise with important details left out. During the interview I was asked if I had questions. When I asked them Jaden seemed put out and annoyed. The job was LOW pay and an incorrect title for the role.

I never heard back after the interview. They said they would make a decision but didn't have the decency to thank me for my time. This felt very unprofessional.
