Lummus Technology interview questions

I recently had an initial interview with a recruiter from Lummus Technology and was genuinely excited about the opportunity. Unfortunately, after the first conversation, I followed up several times and never received any response. Being completely ghosted after an interview is disappointing and reflects poorly on the company’s recruitment process. A simple update, positive or negative, would have shown professionalism and respect for a candidate’s time.

There was two interviews, one with the HR recruiter and the other with the hiring manager. The HR recruiter just wants to make sure you check all the boxes. The interview with the hiring manager is more in debt and they want to know about your responsibilities. The interview went well. The hiring manager told me I was perfect for the position. He even had me meet another stakeholder. This stakeholder also said I was perfect for the position. Then I got ghosted.
