Filling out a questionnaire doing with behavioral aspects and then a one on one with management asking standard server questions. Ex. What are your steps of service, work history, longevity, availability, etc
basic behavioral interview, just asked simple questions and experiences and server experience which is a requirement, if you answer yes you will probably get the job as most restaurants are desperate and have high turnover
