I was already working for lush and applied for a promotion to be a supervisor in the same store I was working in. There was one group interview, a trial shift and a private interview with my manager the same day as trial shift.

Staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming, had me serve guests on the shop floor for half an hour without being shown where anything else or told what to do. Manager leading the interview acted like they couldn’t be bothered to interact

Decent questions, all related and no weird or unexpected ones. The whole process took about 45 min to an hour. Both manager and a 2IC were there during my interview.
