Interview and floor trial - interview on my own which was fairly standard about motivation for role and my understanding of company. Floor trial relied on having the confidence to approach customers and be hands on with products.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lush (Manchester, England)
Interview
Group meeting- you pair up with someone and demo products on each other and discuss them, as though you are a customer and associate. you then swap roles. you get feedback and they see how well you adapt that
trial shift- you work a shift approx 1- 1.5 hrs (I did a Saturday) and you help customers on the floor whilst staff watch you and guide you through
job offer - get an email offering you a job and an invite to the induction
