I applied online. I interviewed at Lush (Birmingham, England) in Jan 2019

Very interactive, all activities directly related to the job's requirements. The interviewer asked questions to small groups of prospective employees. Informative with brand values. I don't know what else to say.

Question 1
What brand value at Lush do you deem most important?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (London, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
Everyone's process is different with LUSH but during my process, I had a normal one-to-one interview which got the employer to know me more. I also had a trial shift.

Interview
Group interview, where you're split into groups and cycle through different tasks manned by different staff members. Some may include doing hand/arm massages, roleplaying a demo of products and explaining it to customers, or showing proof of active listening. If successful, onwards to a trial shift where you'll have an hour to work on the shop floor and showcase your ability approaching customers - basically a tester of how you'd likely perform if hired (so give it your best, if you're too quiet or nervous and not proactive you won't get the job).
Not the most neurodivergent friendly process however.

Question 1
The group interview isn't really done via questions. You'll be likely just be observed and judged that way.
