      Sales/Stock Assistant Interview

      14 July 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lush

      Interview

The interview was a group interview and was surprisingly clinical. We were split off into large groups, given tasks and worked away as the interviewers watched and scribbled away on clipboards. The groups were so large that it was plainly obvious that people would be shunted off to one side and ignored. At no point were we asked about our experience, current job role etc. the only good part of the interview was that the tills were opened at the end so we could do some shopping. We were also promised a response either way before the end of Monday. It is now Tuesday, I'm still waiting!

      Question 1

We were not asked any questions as it was a group interview.
