Lush Store Assistant interview questions

Interactive session in a group setting. Activities such as describing a product - really needed to showcase the energy expected of a lush employee. It was a very different but suitable interview experience for this type of role.

Workshop evening event, group interview with different activities to practice - practiced demos and giving sales pitches, as well as recommending products to different customers. Staff were nice and very friendly, but there's a big emphasis on being the most outgoing person so it was quite intimidating.
