Interview
I had an interview scheduled, but I fell very ill and informed the interviewer. They then requested my medical certificate as proof. After checking around, I found that this isn’t a common practice—feels like a sign of micromanagement. I don't think its reasonable especially since our MC includes PDPA information like my address and NRIC.
Swift decision making process. You get the sense that you are dealing with a fair minded employer who is also upfront with the expectations of the role and prospects of your career progression.
