The process took about a month. I was interviewed at Luther Ragsdale office (Vinings, Georgia) in May 2017.
The interview process at Luther Ragsdale is to find the type of person who will fit into their culture. I applied for the interview online along with my resume, and was invited to watch several videos explaining the type of person they are looking for. Then went with an online interview form giving more information about myself, my interests, personal development background, and situational questions. Overall, it is a well thought out interview process.
The interview process was longer than expected as they want to hire only the best of the best for coaches. At Luther Ragsdale office are about 3 to 4 people that take the interviews, and it may take a longer to get the results.
