Very brief initial round interview with basic questions about your résumé. Second round interview much more informative with entire layout of the actual company structure and job responsibilities. If they enjoyed speaking to you in the second round you were required to fill out a questionnaire basically quizzing you on what the second round material covered. If they like your answers they will bring you back for a third round which is about as brief as the first interview. They ask broad questions about your goals and why you think you would be a good fit at Lux Mgmt.
Overall, I would stay far away from Lux Mgmt. They have tons of postings on job sites seeking all different business-oriented job types (marketing, social media, sales, finance, etc.) but there is really only one job they employ. It is a 100% commission-based door-to-door sales position knocking on the doors of homeowners trying to sell them home heating gas systems. They don't even mention this tidbit until the second round interview. Additionally, the structure is very pyramid-like and the upper management of each city office gets a percentage cut of all the sales made by the lower level employees. Can't be for certain that the do anything illegal but it definitely did not seem like a great place to start out as an entry level candidate or at any level for that matter.
P.S. Lux Mgmt seemed to be in multiple cities throughout the U.S. so this probably is the case all over and not just in Baltimore.
