A few rounds of interviews with management, phone and online. Very open which I liked and gave me realistic expectations and upfront about role, company etc. Answered my questions and followed up with me throughout the process. Got a good indication of what was involved once I started.

How am I with clinical situations ie surgery and theatre experience
After submitting an application, a senior employee got in touch to organise an interview. That employee did not show up to the interview and instead had someone else fill in who was helpful in describing the job, but not fully prepared in regards to interview questions. After the interview there was no follow up regarding whether I was rejected or accepted - just radio silence.
