Initial HR screening call, followed by informal video interview with Head of Dept, then assignment set, to be completed in a few days and presented in face to face interview, online personality test and final round to be with CEO. I was initially impressed by the speed of the process, with all stages carried out very quickly and being told on the spot that I was through to the next stages. My experience then turned negative. I was advised I was through to the final stage to meet the CEO, salary was confirmed then I was ghosted and no final round ever set up. Whilst I understand that things change, it's unacceptable to ghost candidates who make it to the final stage.
