I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LyondellBasell (Amsterdam) in Nov 2022
Interview
They invited me to a zoom call with HR and head of HR department after a couple of phone calls. They said work experience and local language of the country is not required(which is a plus for me). The interview was quite tensed especially after they asked to persuade them I won't leave the company after 1 year, but what I really didn't feel comfortable about is question "why you don't want to go back to your country " and " is your boyfriend same nationality(origin) as you"
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at LyondellBasell in July 2023
Interview
Classic process, first call with HR, Head of Sales then supply chain & marketing.
Nice people, not a lot of direct questions, would have been nice to get feedback on interview results and reason of their decision instead of receiving news via email.
