Molto tecnico, vengono presentati dei problemi legati all’ingegneria di processo: quesiti di impianti , reattori chimici , termodinamica .
Trattasi solo del primo step. Non oso immaginare quelli successivi che prevedevano intera giornata di assessment.

Question 1
Reattore chimico con controllo temperatura e pressione.
Interview was pretty straightforward. Very behavioral based. They asked about past experiences and how would you apply them to the job you were interviewing for. The interviewees were very professional and cordial. The interview panel consisted of the hiring manager, two potential colleagues, and an HR rep.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at LyondellBasell (Ferrara, Emilia-Romagna) in Sept 2023

they were really nice during the interviews, I did one interview then the assessment in Ferrara... then got ghosted by the company even though they said they would have called no matter the success of the interview
