Interview
It was very smooth. The hiring manager was very professional and focused towards the skills and background of the candidate. They have various rounds of interviews. The only drawback is the revert time - which is too long.

Interview
I had a first interview with the headhunter who contacted me, and it went very well. It felt natural and pleasant. The next round was with three people simultaneously. Unfortunately, the hiring manager hadn’t even taken the time to read my resume before the interview. She was completely unprepared and, at one point, asked the HR representative to come up with a question for me while she figured out what to ask next.
The questions they asked were odd, unclear, and confusing. It seemed like the three people on the call were trying to manage the interview as best they could, but the whole experience was chaotic. Honestly, it was the worst interview I’ve ever had, I didn’t feel comfortable at all.
I was very interested in the company, but after meeting the hiring manager and seeing her lack of interest and preparation, it became clear that this was not a team I would want to join.
