Interview
There were two rounds of interviews after meeting with HR. A strategy assignment for a press release and a pitch. I never heard back from HR after following up twice.
The interviewers asked questions about my background and experience, why I’m looking to leave my current position and the current structure of my team. Asked if I had any questions for them at the end.

Unfortunately I accepted and didn’t realize the horrible culture until it was too late. Had to stay at-least 6 months to not Pat back my bonus but would have left 2 months in.
