It really is a group interview! There were cards involved and we were asked to sort the cards 'together' to see how the interviewees worked in a team environment. A lot of mind tricks through the whole process for them to see how we react and our personality.

Group interview, unconventional interview questions, teamwork activities. I was not shocked to see the group interview setting as I come from a work environment where this is common. My advice is if there is a group interview just be nice to everyone .
