Long recruitment process. There was a simple test which was online. Then there’s an onsite interview, simple questions about why you want the job and your experiences, then a job training.

Youre from a technical field how do you see yourself working in a position that is more of a document editing kind of job?
I was called by someone from HR to give me details about the salary, schedule and location. Afterwards I had a video call interview with the same
person to get to know me and to explain the company's activities and what would be expected from me in this role. It was a very chill interview, the HR person was very friendly. Near the end we had a discussion in English to test my language skills. The next step was the job assessment but I never got contacted to participate.
