This company offers a typical corporate environment with plenty of opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth, especially for those who are motivated to develop their skills. It is a good place to gain experience

Cons

One area that could be improved is the level of support provided during serious health-related situations. In cases involving extended medical leave and necessary medical care, the handling of contract decisions can feel stressful and uncertain, especially when early termination is considered during a difficult period. Greater flexibility and empathy in these situations would make the employee experience much better.

Work life balance is the best here. No working overtime

Cons

No job progression. Most people in charge are Chinese, they are the decision makers. Also, it could be a remote/hybrid job since all we do are on computers and there are no meetings at all
