I applied online. I interviewed at MEDUCOM Health (Toronto, ON) in July 2025
Interview
First i had a phone screening which was fine, the person asked very standard questions (what's your salary expectation, start date...). A few hours after i get an email from another person asking me to do a huge medical writing assignment and fill out a document of 15 self reflection questions regarding your work style and involvement all that by the end of the next day. In hindsight that showed little respect for the candidate expecting them to put everything aside and do the work for them with little time. I ended up doing the assignment then radio silence until i followed up and they said they went with someone else only to post the job again the next day. Truly no respect for the candidate.
They start the interview by ripping apart homework that takes hours to complete, they made you send in prior. They obviously were not taking my candidacy seriously, and shouldn't have wasted my time by bringing me in. The manager was condescending and rude the entire interview. They take advantage of new graduates, and brainwash them to think working overtime 6 months of the year, and making the "big bucks" (20% under market value for your job) is a normal workplace. My advice is to not waste your time with this interview, and to not accept a job here.

Interview
A lot of steps and time consuming. Started with an initial phone screen, trial project including a written piece of work and producing a recorded presentation, then some psychometric and number tests, then some written interview style questions and an in person interview and finally a morning trial shift which was difficult to arrange.
On the trial shift give you 3 tasks that you would be hard pushed to finish within the 3 hours. They critiqued one of their own slides when giving me feedback on a powerpoint presentation.
